The owner of RCT, Mr. Riaan Prins, has 40 years qualified experience in the retail repair and maintenance radio communication equipment. He received his diploma in Electronic Engineering in the SA Defebce Force after which he worked for companies like Siemens, Grinaker and EBM computers.
In 2000 mr Prins registered his own company, RC Technology & Security CC. during the seventeen years of RCT’s existenece they have grown from a small beginning to a company with a sound client base and service quality. Being registered agents for companies like: TAIT, QD, Kenwood, Motorola, Hytera, ARD, Hazard, ELVEY International, Networking KRONE International, Lode Safety Equipemtn, WEBB (Jasco), WEBB LE BLANC and many more, we can provide the client with the best possible solutions to suit his needs.

Fire Season:
During the fire season we also had technicians on standby to improve the service on communication especially in the foresty areas, for Sappi Lothair, Rooihoogte and Ndubazi as well as Lion Match and FFA Warburton. Our company is also supplying assistance to the WOF (Working on Fire) Helicopter and Spotter on communication side.

Our vehicles are use for the installation, uplifting of masts, work at farms and forestry’s.
